Try this great fruit salad recipe !
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 can (17 oz.) fruit cocktail
  • 1 bottle (10 oz.) sweetened Kaong (sugar palm)
  • 1 bottle Avoset Cream (green label)
  • 1/2 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 bottle sweetened young coconut
  • 4 tbsp. grated Cheddar cheese for topping (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix all the ingredients, chill and serve cold. The fruit salad recipe is ready to serve....enjoy !

INGREDIENTS

Chicken Salad:
  • 2 cups cubed cooked chicken breast
  • 1 cup halved red seedless grapes
  • 1 cup well drained canned pineapple chunks
  • 2/3 cup thinly sliced celery
  • 1/2 cup Orange Curry Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup toasted slivered almonds

INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients, except almonds. Refrigerate, covered, 1 to 2 hours to allow flavors to blend. Just before serving, sprinkle almonds over top of salad.

INGREDIENTS
Orange Curry Mayonnaise:
  • 1 cup light or fat-free mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 2 tablespoons Equal® Spoonful
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons reduced-fat milk
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder

INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients, stirring with a wire whisk until blended.Refrigerate, covered, 1 to 2 hours to allow flavors to blend.Makes 6 servings. The fruit salad recipe curried is ready to serve

INGREDIENTS
  • 3 bananas
  • 2 Gala apples
  • 1 can of sliced pineapple (in its own juice)
  • coconut
  • pecans

INSTRUCTIONS
Drain pineapple. Slice bananas, apples and pineapple to desired thickness. Combine in a serving bowl.Add desired amount of coconut and chopped pecans to top it of. The fruit salad recipe is ready to serve...Nice !

MARSHMALLOW FRUIT SALAD

Try this nice fruit salad recipe...the MARSHMALLOW FRUIT SALAD

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 large can fruit cocktail
  • 1 can Mandarin oranges
  • 1 (20oz) can chunk pineapple
  • 3 oz. cream cheese
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip
  • 3 oz. strawberry banana Jell-O
  • 1 bag mini marshmallows
  • chopped fresh fruit (bananas, grapes, strawberries) (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS
Open and drain all canned fruit. If also using fresh fruit, chop and set aside in a bowl. Soften cream cheese in a large bowl.Mix Cool Whip and dry Jell-O (just the powder) with the cream cheese. Make sure that all of the sugar/powder from the Jell-O is dissolved. Finally, add all the canned/fresh fruit.This may be served immediately, but chilling the fruit salad for 30 minutes to an hour before serving is best. The fruit salad recipe is ready to serve....great for before meals. Enjoy the salad !

Cranberry Waldorf Salad

Try this great fruit salad recipe...the Cranberry Waldorf Salad !

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 (12-ounce) package fresh cranberries
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 medium apples, unpeeled, cored and diced
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup seedless red grapes, halved
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnut pieces
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
INSTRUCTIONS
1. In food processor, coarsely chop cranberries, stir in sugar. Cover and chill 4 hours.
2. Drain cranberries for about 2 hours, reserving liquid for another use.
3. In large bowl, stir together remaining ingredients and gently stir in drained cranberries.
The fruit salad recipe is ready...nice one !

Cranberry Fluff Salad

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 (16-ounce) package fresh cranberries
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 pounds Red Flame grapes, quartered
  • 1 (16-ounce) package miniature marshmallows
  • 2 cups pecans, chopped
  • 1 (12-ounce) container nondairy whipped topping
INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a food processor, grind cranberries. Transfer to a medium bowl and mix with sugar. Chill overnight in the refrigerator.
2. In a large bowl, mix together cranberry mixture, marshmallows, pecans, and grapes. Fold in nondairy whipped topping.
3. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
The fruit salad recipe is ready for starters....enjoy it !

Cool Sunshine Salad

Cool Sunshine Salad...a nice fruit salad recipe to try...great one !

INGREDIENTS
Dressing:
  • 1/2 cup light French salad dressing
  • 1/4 cup creamy Italian salad dressing
Salad:
  • 1 head romaine lettuce, washed and thinly shredded
  • 6 slices cantaloupe
  • 6 strawberries, stems and caps removed
  • 1 cup blueberries, rinsed and stemmed
  • 6 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
INSTRUCTIONS
1. For Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk dressings together until smooth. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before using.
2. For Salad: Divide shredded lettuce equally among 6 plates, mounding lettuce in the center of the plate.
3. Arrange cantaloupe slices along edges of plates.
4. Halve strawberries and place a half at each end of cantaloupes.
5. Arrange a cluster of blueberries and a small mound of shredded cheddar cheese on edge of plate opposite of cantaloupe.
6. Drizzle dressing lightly over all.
