Cranberry Waldorf Salad

Try this great fruit salad recipe...the Cranberry Waldorf Salad !

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 (12-ounce) package fresh cranberries
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 medium apples, unpeeled, cored and diced
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup seedless red grapes, halved
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnut pieces
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
INSTRUCTIONS
1. In food processor, coarsely chop cranberries, stir in sugar. Cover and chill 4 hours.
2. Drain cranberries for about 2 hours, reserving liquid for another use.
3. In large bowl, stir together remaining ingredients and gently stir in drained cranberries.
The fruit salad recipe is ready...nice one !

Cranberry Fluff Salad

Cranberry Fluff Salad..another nice fruit salad recipe....

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 (16-ounce) package fresh cranberries
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 pounds Red Flame grapes, quartered
  • 1 (16-ounce) package miniature marshmallows
  • 2 cups pecans, chopped
  • 1 (12-ounce) container nondairy whipped topping
INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a food processor, grind cranberries. Transfer to a medium bowl and mix with sugar. Chill overnight in the refrigerator.
2. In a large bowl, mix together cranberry mixture, marshmallows, pecans, and grapes. Fold in nondairy whipped topping.
3. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
The fruit salad recipe is ready for starters....enjoy it !

Cool Sunshine Salad

Cool Sunshine Salad...a nice fruit salad recipe to try...great one !

INGREDIENTS
Dressing:
  • 1/2 cup light French salad dressing
  • 1/4 cup creamy Italian salad dressing
Salad:
  • 1 head romaine lettuce, washed and thinly shredded
  • 6 slices cantaloupe
  • 6 strawberries, stems and caps removed
  • 1 cup blueberries, rinsed and stemmed
  • 6 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
INSTRUCTIONS
1. For Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk dressings together until smooth. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before using.
2. For Salad: Divide shredded lettuce equally among 6 plates, mounding lettuce in the center of the plate.
3. Arrange cantaloupe slices along edges of plates.
4. Halve strawberries and place a half at each end of cantaloupes.
5. Arrange a cluster of blueberries and a small mound of shredded cheddar cheese on edge of plate opposite of cantaloupe.
6. Drizzle dressing lightly over all.

Cran Raspberry Gelatin Salad


Another great fruit salad recipe....raspberry mix !







INGREDIENTS

* 2 (3 ounce) packages cranberry flavored gelatin mix
* 1 cup boiling water
* 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
* 1 (12 ounce) package frozen raspberries - thawed anddrained
* 1 cup ginger ale
* 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
* 1/3 cup chopped pecans
* 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 1 (8 ounce) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed
* 1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
* Additional whipped topping


DIRECTIONS

1. In a small bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. In amixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add hotgelatin mixture and beat until smooth. Stir in the raspberries,ginger ale, pineapple, pecans and vanilla. Refrigerate for 30minutes or until partially set.
2. Fold in whipped topping and marshmallows. Transfer to a13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. dish coated with nonstick cooking spray.Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or until firm. Spread withadditional whipped topping....hmmm...nice & refreshing taste of raspberry salad..! The fruit salad recipe is ready to serve...enjoy it !

Strawberry, Spinach, and Pear Salad

Strawberry, Spinach, and Pear Salad recipe to try.... a unique taste of fruit salad !

INGREDIENTS

* 1/2 cup black walnuts
* 1 (10 ounce) bag spinach leaves
* 1 (10 ounce) bag romaine lettuce, torn
* 1/2 cup balsamic vinaigrette
* 8 large strawberries, sliced
* 2 pears - peeled, cored and sliced
* 1 (6 ounce) container crumbled feta
* 3 tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette


INSTRUCTIONS

1. Place the walnuts in a small skillet over medium-high heat; toast the nuts while stirring constantly for 4 to 5 minutes; set aside to cool completely.
2. Toss together the spinach and romaine lettuce in a large mixing bowl, and toss with 1/2 cup of balsamic vinaigrette. Arrange the strawberries, pears, feta cheese, and walnuts over the top of the salad. Dress the salad with another 3 tablespoons vinaigrette and the fruit salad recipe is ready to serve...wow...great taste !

A great recipe to try...orange ambroisa fruit salad recipe...nice one !

INGREDIENTS

* 1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges
* 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
* 3 bananas, sliced
* 2 cups flaked coconut
* 2 cups miniature marshmallows
* 1 cup pecan pieces
* 1 (16 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
* 1 cup maraschino cherries

DIRECTIONS

1. In a large bowl, combine mandarin oranges, crushed pineapple, bananas, coconut, marshmallows, and pecan pieces. Fold in whipped topping. Garnish with maraschino cherries.
Chill for 1 hour or overnight...then the fruit salad recipe ready to serve....hmmm nice !

Cream Cheese Fruit Salad

Try this creamy fruit salad....amazing..!

INGREDIENTS

* 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
* 1/4 cup white sugar, or to taste
* 1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
* 3 bananas, peeled and sliced
* 1 (15.25 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
* 1 (15.25 ounce) can fruit cocktail, drained
* 1 large Jonagold apple, peeled and chopped
* 1/2 cup sweetened flaked coconut
* 1 (4 ounce) jar maraschino cherries, drained and halved

(optional)
* 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
* 1/2 cup golden raisins (optional)


DIRECTIONS

1. Beat the cream cheese and sugar together in a large bowl. On high speed, beat in the whipped topping. Fold in the bananas, pineapple, fruit cocktail, apple, and coconut. If desired, mix in the maraschino cherries, pecans, and raisins. Pour the salad into a serving bowl, and chill 1 hour before serving....yes..what a creamy taste...nice !
